size 30, 4 small balls of white;
Steel crochet hook No. 10.
Starting at center, Ch 5. Join with SLst to form ring.
1st Rnd; 7 Sc in 2nd Ch from hook.
2nd Rnd: 2 Sc in each Sc around.
3rd Rnd:
* Sc in next Sc, 2 Sc in next Sc.
rep. from * around. Now work Sc in each Sc around,
increasing 7 Sc evenly around on each Rnd until piece measures 5 inches in diameter.
POINTS
1st Rnd; Divide sts of last Rnd into 8 equal sections and mark with pins.
Starting at 1 pin mark, work Sc in each Sc across to next pin mark. Ch 1, turn.
2nd to 14th rows incl: Sc in each Sc across. Ch 1, turn.
