Ch 5, 1 Sc in next Dc, 1 Dc in each of the next 3 Dc, Ch 1, SLst in 2nd free lp from body of lower left wing,
Ch 1, complete picot, 1 Dc in each of the next 2 Dc, Sc in next Dc, Ch 5, cluster-st in next picot on center,
