Tips for a healthier life.

To lower your blood pressure, don't just eat less sodium; you should also increase your potassium intake.
It speeds up the body's sodium excretion.
Rich foods to help fix this; baked potatoes, tomato paste, lima beans, yogurt, cantaloupe and bananas.

Asking your spouse "How was your day” every night, can improve your relationship. It will increase feelings
of connection to each other and this will make you happier.

Start your day with a big breakfast; this will help lose body weight. No need for snacks between, anymore.
