it took me 3 days to figure out, how they knitted this cardigan

I sure like a challenge, you know

my cables are smaller than in the photograph

with round yoke

and knitted sideways

at this point we are going to slip the right side stitches on another needle

and we have to cast on 10 stitches for the rib of the sleeve

and the 10 stitches have been made

these are the stitches on the left side

now we have to cast off, the extra 10 stitches

now the 10 stitches are casted off

back to the knitting needle

in the direction of the red arrow

now we can knit the back of the cable cardigan

we have to start to knit the second sleeve

and slip the other stitches

( right side of needle )

on to a spare needle

I have lots of needles but I don't have 4 needles size 7 mm

if you do, you don't have to slip them on a spare needle, just use another size 7 mm

right side is half of cardigan front

and right sleeve

and back of cardigan

without the time consuming trinity stitch, this is going very fast

back on the knitting needle

this way there are no side seams

in other words, keep knitting

now we have to knit the second front of the cardigan

and don't forget to knit the buttonholes at the end

the black sweater under the cardigan is only to get a good view of the cardigan
