Tips for hand dyed yarns: |
||||
|
1 Don't use chenille yarn, beautiful but it falls apart after a few times washing 2 Sock yarns are great and strong 3 Don't use yarns with a lot of synthetic material 4 Combine different yarns in the same color way, for interesting texture 5 Wash in special detergent and with care, I always use woollite 6 Hand dyes yarns will loose their color, if not handled and washed with great care 7 The hand dyed yarns are wonderful to knit with, and the colors are luscious. |
