This is an old ( antique ) pattern, so the images are not in color, pity.

Cast on 136 stitches with needle size 13 in color natural.
Row 1; k3, * p2, k2 * rep. to last stitch, k1
Row 2; k1, * p2, k2 * rep. from * to last 3 stitches , p2, k1
These 2 rows form the rib. knit 1 inch
Than change to no. 10 needles and continue in stocking stitch shaping as follows;
Row 1 and 2; knit without shaping
Row 3; * k12, increase in next stitch, rep. from * to last 6 stitches , k6
Row 4 – 5 – 6; * increase in next stitch, k13, rep. from * to end
Row 8 – 9 – 10; knit without shaping

With no. 10 needles and color Natural, cast on 44 stitches.
knit in 1.5 inch in the rib, increase 1 stitch at both ends of last row to 46 st.
knit 2 rows in stocking stitch and natural.
knit 16 rows in fair isle pattern.

Continue in Natural, knit 2 rows in stocking stitch, decrease at both ends of last row 1 st., to 44 stitches
knit in ribbing until knit measures 32,5 inches, from beginning.
knit 2 rows in stocking stitch, increase at both ends 1 stitch in last row, to 46 stitches
knit 16 rows in fair isle pattern.
Continue in Natural, knit 2 rows in stocking stitch, decrease at both ends of last row 1 st., to 44 stitches
knit 1,5 inch in the rib, cast off all stitches.

Knit 2 mittens;
With no. 11 needles and in Natural, cast on 44 st.
knit 3 in. in rib pattern, increase at both sides of last row 1 stitch to 46 st.
knit 12 rows in stocking stitch.
Rep. fair isle pattern from row 1 - 16.

knit 10 rows with Natural, decrease 1 stitch at end of last row to 45 st.
Continue in Natural, shaping top as follows;
Row 39; * K3, Knit 2 tog., rep. from * to end
Row 40 - 42; knit in stocking stitch
Row 41; * K2, Knit 2 tog. , rep. from * to end
Row 42; Purl
Row 43; * K1, Knit 2 tog. , rep. from * to end
Row 44; Purl
Row 45 * Knit 2 tog. to end
Break of wool, draw up stitches with needle and end of wool
Thumbs, both alike
Knit with Natural and no. 11 needles, cast on 2 st.
knit in stocking stitch, increase at both ends of every 3rd row until there are 16 stitches total on the needle.
knit 1,5 in. without shaping.
Last row; Knit 2 tog. to end, break off wool, draw up stitches with needle and end of wool.
Finishing;
sew seam of beret, mitts, leaving spaces for thumbs. Sew seams of thumbs, and stitch into spaces.
With no. 1 steel crochet hook and with Natural, knit 1 row double crochets, down each side of scarf,
knitting 1 double crochet into every alternate row.
Press with hot iron over damp cloth.
