BRIM. knit 14 rows in ribbing or pattern stitch of choice. DECREASE from bottom to top of hat as follows: Rounds 1 to 23: knit even on 75 stitches. Round 24: Dec 15 stitches evenly across the row to total 60 stitches. ([K3, K2tog] 15 times.) Rounds 25 to 29: knit even on 60 stitches. Round 30: Dec 12 stitches evenly across the row to total 48 stitches. ([K3, K2tog] 12 times.) Rounds 31 to 32: knit even on 48 stitches. Round 33: Dec 12 stitches evenly across the row to total 36 stitches. ([K2, K2tog] 12 times.) Round 34: knit even on 36 stitches. Round 35: Dec 12 stitches evenly across the row to total 24 stitches.
