5. Back neck. Cast off 11 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Place remaining 31 stitches on holder.
FRONT:

1. Start at the bottom of the leg. Cast on 65 stitches on size 3 needles. knit 4 rows in garter stitch or ribbing for the hem. Start Stocking Stitch pattern. knit even until
piece measures 5,7 cms (22 rows).
2. Crotch Shaping. Cast off 6 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Decrease 1 st at each end of next row. 51 stitches remaining.
3. knit short rows for back bottom shaping as follows. knit 25 stitches, turn knit. Purl next row. knit 17 stitches, turn knit. Purl next row. knit 9 stitches, turn knit. Purl next row.
4. Optional Hips to Waist shaping. Continue, knitting across all stitches. knit even until piece

2. Sew suspenders inside the waistband, close to the center. You may want to cross the suspenders, or stitch them together in the center of the back. Accent with buttons, lapel pins, or decorative stitches.
