Crochet with open mesh and solid mesh or block

On a filet crochet chart, ( symbol pattern )
the solid mesh is usually indicated with a filled-in square.

Als u een patroon haakt met 4 stokjes per vierkantje,
dan wordt het patroon breder, uitgerekter.
