Color chart knitting motifs for children, graphs color charts

Yarn itself has become exciting, if that is possible. The colors are richer and deeper, and the knitters refer to ''fibers'' like silk, soy and bamboo-type yarns. New is something called self-patterning yarn, a miracle product invented by an engineer. Instead of having to follow a complicated pattern to get an argyle sock, for example, you just ''cast on'' from a ball of it, keep knitting and out comes that perfect checkerboard.

Another attraction: Knitting is portable. Most of all, knitting is social. Knitters gather at yarn stores to compare projects and chat. ''What are you working on?'' is a universal introduction, and from there the conversation moves on to children, jobs and the state of the world.

And one more thing about it: Knitters happily acknowledge that it's not that hard. Once you have learned the basic knit and purl stitches, you can begin to start with more complicated patterns. So it turns out that the Flying Fingers yarn mobile is not for knitting house calls, but for driving to Manhattan and other distant points to transport customers to classes at the shop.

Free knitting graphs intarsia color charts or color knitting charts

ABChe simplest intarsia pattern is for straight vertical stripes. After the first row, the pattern is continued by always working each stitch in the same color as the previous row, changing colors at the exact same point in each row. To make more elaborate patterns, one can let this color boundary drift from row to row, changing colors a few stitches earlier or later each time.

Intarsia patterns are almost always given as charts (which, because of the mechanics of knitting, are read beginning at the lower right and continuing upward boustrophedonically).
Boustrophedon is to write from left to right in one line and right to left in the next one, or vice-versa.
Great scrabble word !!

The charts generally look like highly pixilated cartoon drawings, in this sense resembling dot-matrix computer graphics or needlepoint patterns (though usually without the color nuance of the latter).

To add a fourth or fifth color to you knitting work, you could do duplicate stitch. You embroider after your
knitting work is finished, the extra color or colors. Used for eyes, nose, dots, and so on.

The colors I used are only to show the motifs properly, use your own imagination and yarns for better combinations.

Bob the Builder is a children's television clay character created by Cody Hill. Bob appears as a construction contractor in a stop motion animated program with his colleague Wendy, various neighbors' and friends, and their gang of anthropomorphized work-vehicles and equipment (all made of clay). The show is broadcast in many countries, but originates from the United Kingdom where Bob is voiced by actor Neil Morrissey.

ABCn each episode, Bob and his gang help with renovations, construction, and repairs and with other projects as needed. The show emphasizes conflict resolution, co-operation, socialization and various learning skills. Bob's catchphrase is "Can we fix it?", to which the other characters respond with "Yes we can!" This phrase is also the title of the show's theme song, which was a comic relief hit in England.
